Hi, i am struggling to get in contact with my customer in Australia, and due to the time difference I think they are using this as an excuse. Is there any advice you can give? Thank you

Good Morning Peter,

Dealing with International customers can be tricky due to time/language barriers. You can try to contact your customer at different times of the day for example late at night or early in the morning. Be sure to speak with members of their finance team as the person you have been contacting may not deal with payments or the person you have been liaising with has left the company.

Failing that your next step would be to employ a third party debt collection company that specialize in International recovery.Ensure that you do checks on the company including checking out their reviews and success rates.
